Yoga and Ecotherapy Retreat 11-14th July 2024

 

Experience a unique Yoga and Ecotherapy Retreat in a beautiful forested valley in South Gower, Wales. I'm very excited to be collaborating with my friend and fellow yogi Gemma Fox. This is our first retreat since having children.

• Daily guided dynamic and yin yoga sessions plus mediation and yoga nidra. 

• Daily nature based therapeutic activities in a beautiful woodland on the retreat centre

• Beautiful home cooked meals and snacks vegan and gluten free

• Sauna and hot tub plus wild swimming (optional)

• Evening kirtan
